EA Play members will also have access to additional in-game rewards, challenges, and exclusive discounts on purchases made through the EA Desktop app. Players won’t be charged extra for the subscription and will have to download the Xbox app for Windows 10 as well as the EA Desktop app and link both your Microsoft and EA accounts in order to seamlessly launch games from either of the platforms.
Although the EA Play subscription has been included in Game Pass on consoles since November 2020 but was delayed for PC until 2021 due to underlying technical issues. EA Play will be coming to the Xbox Game pass for Game Pass PC and Ultimate subscribers, giving them access to 60+ EA titles on the platform.
